The sound of Australian Latvian and Lithuanian choristers sang out Monday evening until the late hour of 11pm in the large hall of Melbourne Latvian House.
A little bit about the folk musical cycle ‘Pagānu Gadagrāmata” . “It is the seasonal changes outside the city- there where we usually aren’t, by the river, which flows day and night, by the sea which lives its life independent of us, in the fields with its wildflowers and birds and the forest where the animals hide.” This is the description given by the creator of the musical cycle – Uģis Prauliņš.
