Joe Biden, Vice President of the U.S.A. visited Riga on the 77th anniversary of the signing of the Molotov Ribbentropp pact. He spoke at the National Library of Latvia, emphasising that overwhelming bipartisan commitment exists in America to maintain their commitment to NATO.
