Australian Latvian Theater is perfoming two one act plays on Sunday, 3rd December at 2pm.
The first play is called “Cepures” (Hats), which is an adaptation of a short story by Pāvils Rozītis from 1933. and describes the amusing way in which upper society operated in those times.
After a twenty minute interval you will be treated to “Inteļigentas meičas” (Intelligent lasses) a 1936. one act play by Rutku tēvs, which depicts the challenges of two spinsters advertising to find their perfect match.
